We have the best Technology for Coating machines to produce Electrodes, TDS & ODF- films as per Pharmaceutical & Medical industries' standards, we make machines for both Lab and commercial production application as per GMPs & CFR-21 Compliances standards.
Our Coating stations can control the Coating thickness & gage with just a single click on the machine control Screen(HMI, Industrial PC) Interface.
No need for any manual filler gage & mechanical adjustments to set coating thickness,
all can be done by the smart Coating station which is fully made by accurate CNC machines with +_ 1, 2, microns tolerance only. operator need to put the thickness in microns in the control screen, and further all will be adjusted by Servo motors, sensors, Controllers & smart software automatically.
Our Coating stations are provided with smart industrial Electronic Hardware
such as: Servo motors, controllers & feedback sensors & Position encoders etc.
