we have best technology/ systems for Slurry / syrup Coating & Drying applications, our coating station are loaded with servo motors, special sensors, pneumatics & all these are controlled with special software & electronic controllers which allows a machine operator to adjust coating thickness quite easily jus with simple numeric entries on the controller interface screen, operator enters only coating thickness on the screen in microns and Gage controlling rollers/ knife will adjust its positioning automatically on coating station itself, no need to use any mechanical filler Gage

Some films are very sensitive & breaks/ tears very easily thus our Slitting machine are equipped with most useful Tension controllers & software which Runs at (MLTM) principle. which is best for TDS & ODF films, it can control any Soft & thicker film Tension very precisely during slitting process on both Unwind & rewind Rolls, we can slit & rewind any type of film without any problem with our fully loaded Slitting machines our machines are already doing well in pharmaceutical industry

Rotary Flexographic Printing Machines: we have a complete range of Flexographic Printing machines for wide and narrow web printing. Our Flexographic Stations are fully loaded with all latest features and technology for best printing results, different LPI's Ceramic Rolls can be use for different coating and Printing applications with Doctor blade to control extra ink flow, ink circulation is controlled by hi-tech food grade pumps.
